• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling only — not refunds.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued.

💻 Digital Products (Meditations, PDFs, Online Courses)

• Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

• No refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase.

📦 Packages & Programs

• Multi-session packages or healing programs (e.g., chakra healing series) are non-refundable once started.

• Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package validity period (if mentioned).

• No partial refunds will be given for incomplete use of a package.

• For in-person or online events, cancellations at least 48 hours before the event will receive credit for a future event.
